Our fees
We do not charge for advice or an initial consultation.
Our administration fee is typically between 1%- 2% of the loan amount which is defined contractually at the onset of our relationship. The specific fee depends on the complexity of the case, the time involved and whether we receive any commission from a lender.
This fee is a success fee only payable at the time of completion.
